About Us

Joykaya is a leading mortgage member broker organisation. Our goals are to educate members and clients on all aspects of mortgage brokering.  

What do we do differently?
We are a mortgage sub-aggregator who can provide our members access to a broad range of lenders, both residential and commercial lenders. Through our aggregator, we are able to provide our member brokers with technology, training and support. This will enable our members to service their clients in the most professional and efficient way. 

So why haven't you heard of us before?
We are a mortgage brokering group that directly supports the independently owned businesses of our members. Our efforts go into helping build our members' businesses and their brands. We believe that to grow, we will need to build solid foundation through our members. The strength of Joykaya is through its member brokers.

Are we different to other sub-aggregator groups?
We would like to think so. We are very selective as to who comes on board as a member. For example, minimum education standards are a "must" for being part of our group - even though there is no national industry regulation requirement (at the moment).  

Joykaya was formed in 2008 by CEO, EJ Lim.
